Contrary to earlier reports, West Virginia running back Noel Devine told the Fort Myers News-Press that he has not signed with the Atlanta Falcons and does not intend to do in the future. It was first reported last night that Devine had agreed to terms with the Falcons as an undrafted free agent, but reports surfaced earlier today that he had yet to make a decision on where his NFL future lay.

UPDATE: Devine agreed to a three-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles.
