That's too bad!! Riggs was much better but played behind William Andrews a few years; I don't want to look up stats they
were two different style runners....Both had coaches that ran them on first and one like it was the Falcon Motto!!

Maybe that is the Falcon motto?

Of Course I was sleeping in the 90's but I need my rest!!

I was talking about Gerald Riggs as compared to Turner I thought......Riggs was a #1 in 1982,

I just can't talk about the run and shoot with June Jones in the nineties.....I watched him
play for Atlanta for as a second string qb and a third string qb for 3 years from 1977-1979......

it was a nightmare....In 1977 we only let him throw 1 so he did not have any completions in 1977.

in 1978 he threw 79 times and had more interceptions than Tds, but he hit 34 of them for a 43 % completion so what not try again I mean he must get better right, and so he did.... Still more interceptions than Tds but we let him rip it, I mean those 83 passes he threw,38 caught caught, and he Qb rating went up for an improved 45%....

So when the 90's got here, it only made since that a Qb that was so horrible would be a good coach, after all he was our O-COORINDATOR who got Glanville fired with 27-37 record that was 90-93..... With an Offensive Coordinator like that they just don't come around that often!! So

We Hired jUNE jONES AGAIN IN 1994-1996 (3 COMPLETE YEARS)

Jones won 19 and lost 29 in 3 short years.....didn't even hit .400....... I wasn't sleeping (I don't drink now) but that was me always passed out on TV at Fulton County.....Maybe 25 beers a game who knows, BUT NO I can only read what happened in the early 90s..., I had to be drunk to endure that!!
