Seyi Ajirotutu
6-3/204
Fresno State Senior

PROS: Has good size that uses it well to shield defender and make the catch in traffic. Can beat the jam, and is also an effective blocker due to his size. Shows decent body control and will lay out for the catch. Uses his size well after the catch and does a nice job securing the ball before turning upfield.
CONS: Doesn't have great speed to challenge defenses downfield. Doesn't get much separation.
OVERVIEW: He has good size, but that's his best asset right now. Was the leading receiver the past two years.
NFL FORECAST: More than likely, he'll have to stick on special teams early in order to stick in the league. but he has the size and receiving ability to develop some more down the road. At best, he's probably a No. 4 receiver, unless he can refine his route-running to a degree that will overcome his lack of ideal burst and speed. But he'll never be a playmaker. If he can stick early on special teams, then he can find a role on a team. But really, the best you can hope for is him becoming another Kassim Osgood. Offensively, he's unlikely to give you more than 15-20 receptions in a given season.
ATL FORECAST: If he can play on special teams, he has a chance to replace Brian Finneran as the No. 4 guy. His size and blocking potential make it so that he could fill a similar niche as Finneran. But he won't be anywhere near as good offensively as Finneran was in his prime. And for the most part, his value in Atlanta will be as a special teams guy, that might eventually develop into a decent reserve option down the road in the event of an injury.
VALUE: Unless a team is hurting for depth, Ajirotutu should go undrafted. But he wouldn't be a crazy reach for a team looking for a special teams guy that can push and compete for a fifth receiver job right off the bat.
