Well he's hiring the ones that were there when we they were actually good, so I'm not that concerned. All coaches hire their friends. I mean look at the Raiders. The main reason why that is the lone unsettled job is because Al Davis doesn't allow his new coaches full control over their coaching staffs. Look at Fred Biletnikoff. Assuming he's retained in Oakland, this will be his 8th head coach he's served under, not counting his days as a player. Not to say that maybe Biletnikoff is not a good coach, and the fact that Norv Turner was able to hire 13 of the 18 head coaches that was on his staff this past year is not bad, but no one jumps at the chance to coach in Oakland when the owner has final say on all coaching staff hires.
