Got hurt yesterday in practice. Well, this is what the Falcons drafted Holmes and stuck by Baker's side for. So assuming that their gut feelings on those two players are correct, this is not a huge loss. But given that they seem to be the only ones that don't have bad feelings about Baker and to a lesser extent Holmes, they are sitting pretty on an island right now.

Ugh. Very bad especially considering they haven't really been able to evaluate Holmes (due to injury) to see if he's viable this year or a 3yr project.

It's pretty much a given Baker will need some down time, and Svitek was going to play some. Not good. Need to get a vet tackle...don't know where.

Uh oh this is not good AT ALL. I have zero faith in baker at this point to a) stay healthy for a whole year and b) play like a competent NFL left tackle. Looks like TD will be scanning the waiver wire in 2 weeks.

Betcha McNeil's tires get kicked again.

Damn this sucks! Not only has Baker sucked, he is also injury prone! I really think we need to bring in a veteran back up asap.
