A lot of 3 man line.. Jerry used as a honest to god nose tackle. People trying to disguise defenses. Rushes from all over, at times completely disruptive. It'll take some time with the all-22 to begin to digest it all, but the Falcons defense is threatening to be overwhelming at times, as opposed to just being there.

I think that if the offense hadn't shut down in the 4th quarter, this would have been a total blowout. I don't know what the numbers are, but the defense was on the field a lot at the end of the game.

The offense didn't look too sharp this game. Running game was non-existent for the most part. And it seemed like they were playing to protect their lead rather than go for the kill. 275 total yards is pretty mediocre.

But the defense did play well, made some plays. Gave up some yardage at various points, but they did a fairly good job at others getting off the field.

I don't know if we have the defense to really get stops, but when you're winning turnover battles by +3 or +4, it doesn't really matter all that much. That's not going to continue the rest of the season and we'll see what this team has in games where that is -1 or 0.

I've officially given up on Dunta Robinson. Typically, I stick by (meaning keep believing in and rooting for, in hopes for them to come around and start playing consistently good) each and every player on our team, because I'm a fan. I'm still a realist though, but I'm a die-hard fan. Currently the players on our team that I view as mediocre, but still believe they'll get better are Kroy Biermann, Vance Walker, Peria Jerry, Ray Edwards, Garrett Reynolds, Sam Baker (who played very well on MNF, by the way), Chris Owens, Michael Turner and Harry Douglas.

Previously, Dunta Robinson was there but he cannot play corner. Period. He is consistently out of position and he misses tackles. It irks me and I hold my breath whenever they throw to his side.

As soon as Peyton Manning started going to his side, the Broncos started moving the ball. This guy has bust written all over him.

It shoulda been a blowout in the first quarter. Denver shouldn't have lasted much further than that after 4 turnovers. We should have been up at least 24-0 at the end of that quarter. Instead, it was just 13-0. To me, that's a fail on the part of the offense. Good thing our defense played the way it did, because the offense never did deliver the kill-shot.

I can understand the criticism on Dunta, but you can't deny that he had a very good game against Denver.

Certainly. Which is why I only missed Dunta. I hope there's a way to fix it...
