So who ya want?

Postby starley657 » Mon Dec 31, 2012 7:39 am

Out of Redskins, Vikings, and Seattle who do you hope we play? Seattle scares me with their D. Redskins have RGIII who is playing good. Vikings have AP! Out of all of them though I say the Vikings. If they can get past GB he will be beat up and I don't trust Ponder to beat us.

What do you think? Who do you want to see?

I say Vikings first, then let Seattle (most likely) and SF beat the hell out of each other. Neither will want to take a long plane ride to ATL after a physical game like that. BUUUUT, is Washington and SF play, I want Washington, since the Birds already have a gameplan for them.

I think we match up the best against the Vikings and I'd feel very confident in a victory over them.

My second choice would be Seatle, this would be two east coast road trips in a row, which is hard on any team, and they haven't been the same on the road this year.

I think Adrian Peterson is much scarier than RG3. Of those 3 teams, Washington has the weakest pass rush, so they are the team that I think pose the least risk for our offense.

So I'd rank them like this from who I'd rather see the most to the least.

1. Washington
2. Minnesota
3. Seattle

We have played Washington before so e have a feel for what they want to do plus I think the improvement that they have showed on defense has more to do with them not playing any offensive juggernauts and them playing over their heads rather them just being stout defense. Seattle next because they are just not that good away from 12th man. Adrian Peterson is the boogie man with our run defense he might be the scariest player in the playoffs.

Washington was going to beat us if we hadn't knocked out RG3.

We usually do ok if we just need to stop 1 running back.

I need to agree with Pudge since I'm sick of hearing of our great offense. Minn. pass
rush would kill Ryan while I hope Washinton plays a hard fought game.....

Do you guys know which bracket we're playing after this weekend?

I'd take Minnesota first. I think we can contain Adrian Peterson enough and Ponder well definitely make enough mistakes for us to win. But I think there's almost no doubt we'll be playing Seattle, judging their play as of late.
