Vick will Start

Postby dirtybirdnw » Thu Aug 10, 2006 12:22 pm

According to the AJC it looks like Vick will start against New England but get no more than 2 series. I'm guessing it will be 1 and done for him though:

Excellent. Vick needs to get a little PT. Against a team coached by Bellicheck and the Pro's on their starting unit, there won't be any sanctioned cheapshots. They do need to get him outta there when after 2 series, however. Youngsters are hungry and can't always be controlled.

I want to see quick passes by Vick, complete or not. That will show development.

There's no question about that!

I'm very curious to see how well Schuab does.

I know Schaub can play so that isn't what i'm curious about. I want to see Shock toss the ball around, and Norwood run the ball. Will have an eye on J-Williams as well to see how he handles the NE schemes.

i was at the game last year. he will shred NE's defense.

his deep ball was Chandleresque in that game.

According to many, we saw that all last year even when Vick played the whole game. :)
