so does all the media that has down the Falcons for so long

will they jump on the band wagon and root for them now

this is a great win but i sure they will tell us that they where behind us

all season and new they would be here

and doin so well

maybe now they will eat crow and execpt they where wrong

Guess those Ram fans that were talking trash earlier on this board won't show up like the chickens they are.Eight and eight teams should not make the playoffs go home ram fans and watch the Falcon's in the playoffs.

Jimmy johnson,he never picks the falcon's he was eating crow also.This was a good win and lets keep the momentum hopefully it will be the Vikings so they can come to the dome and get there licking.

Yeah I thought it was interesting on many of the NFL pundits shows all week, they were discussing the Rams more than the Falcons.

I'm sure everyone will be all over the Falcons bandwagon this week, but depending on how terrific the Vikings or Eagles are tonight, will determine if the Falcons will be favored. I still have to think that if the Eagles win, they will be a marginal favorite, but if the Vikings win (unless they blow out the Eagles), the Falcons will be the Super bowl favorites.

I have to say, I'm loving all of this. What makes this season great is how far we've come, and we're only going to get stronger down the road.

I can't say I saw all of this game (a particular lady drew my attention away from the game ), but from most of what I saw, I loved it. The defense played great, Rossum was spectacular, and Vick and the rest of the offense dominated. Only 82 yards in the air, but hey I'll take the 75% completion percentage, and 2 scores.

DId anyone else think it was total bullshit for that fumble they called Vick on. I couldn't hear the explanation that they gave, but that definitely looked like the ground caused that fumble.

come on a lady pulled you away i told my lady to get in the other room and wait for me i was busy til the game and post game was over

the call was 50-50 at first i thought he did not and should be challenged

if the ground can not cause a fumble than what was that ?

it all worked out for us though

side note i thought i was intresting that Sean Salsbury is given the Falcons

the NFC spot in the Super Bowl he gave that on sports center last night

after the game very intresting

Judging by the replay at the game, it looked like the ball was moving before it touched the ground.

All I know is a lot of the media needs to suck it up and say they were wrong...

I heard the reason today because it happened in the Eagles-Vikings game. If a player is not downed by contact and the ball comes out where by the ground or otherwise, it is a fumble. Since Vick just tripped over his own feet, it's a fumble.

I think it's a stupid rule, but I guess I'm just going to have to live with it.
