Where do you think the Falcons would be if they had managed to lure Ron Wolf out of retirement way back in 2002 to be the GM?

Do you think Wolf would have done as good a job McKay has (or hasn't if that's your opinion) done so far?

With Wolf coming 2 years earlier than McKay, would the Falcons be further along than they are now?

It's hard to compare the two, wolf would have brought in different players and maybe coaches as well. Who know what that would have meant? I do know that McKay is doing a good job with draft picks and you can see the puzzle being put together before our very eyes. The Falcons will be a team to be reckoned with for years to come and that's something we've never been able to say.

If Wolf was our GM you could be assured that Vick wouldn't be a Falcon and this team would be more pass centric then run and Mora Jr. probably would be the head coach.

But I think Wolf and McKay are about the same as far as skills are concered. Although Wolf never had to turn the Packers around as much as McKay had to turn the Bucs around.
