Crumpler says, feed him the ball.

And I have to say I agree. If it gets Vick into a rythm passing, I'm all for it.

With the passing game on the perimeter yet to take hold and quarterback Michael Vick yet to find consistency throwing the ball, Crumpler says he is the two-pronged remedy.

"You've got to ride the horse," said Crumpler, whose 27 catches for 375 yards lead the team. "I want balance because it makes things easier for me, but I'm more ready than ever to go out there and do the things I'm comfortable with and Mike's comfortable with so he doesn't have to press. Once we get into that rhythm, that flow, sometimes it just seems too easy, like that last series against New Orleans. It seemed too easy."

And you see how right he was. The nice thing is Roddy & Finn opened up the middle of the field for Crump by making some plays outside & bringing the ball in.

I'm perfectly fine with Crumpler being our #1 receiver. You do what you got to do to make the passing offense roll.

give Crump the darn ball everytime he gets open....he's good enough to be a Tony G. or a Antonio Gates I think...they come down with almost 100 catches a year, I don't see why Crump couldn't manage 60-70....

He could but we run the ball a ton compared to a lot of teams.

I believe the emergence of a #1 wideout..(hopefully Roddy) will only serve to increase Crump's production by freeing him up some. Sunday was a start. It was nice to see Vick to have more than 1 weapon to go to.

Crumpler has 33 receptions in 32 quarters. Roughly one every other drive.

It should be easier if LB's are spying on Vick for a run.

It might be easier if he were open too.
