The offense always was stacked on offense, the defense was considered “average”. Mike Nolan made the defense look very special at times this season. Easy pick for me here.

Both our offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator deserve this. That said, I'm giving the edge to Koetter. Nolan dropped the ball in the playoffs, not accounting for the TE.
