Well reportedly, it was a friend's pipe. From all I've read and heard, this is one of the few occassions where Irvin is caught in a drug-related incident that i believe him. From the quotes in the article I read, he didn't really seem adamant about denying his guilt, more about saying how much he is trying to help a friend, which seems to me that he's telling to truth.
But it'll be interesting to see what they do afte rthe season. Theyre gonna have a shakeup anyway since they'll be doing MNF in 2006, so it would be convenient to let Irvin go and replace him with say... Jerry Rice?
