I was in there for a bit, but no one else showed up. PUDGE. You need to make sure that the OP is updated with the correct chat room. There are currently 3 chat rooms, and who knows which one to go to?

I was in there for a bit around 12:45 and then again around 1:30, but no one was around so I bounced.

The front page links to the correct chat room, and I'll change the link in the first post in this thread. Figured people would be smart enough to look at the later threads, but apparently that may not be the case.

The draft kicks off at 7 pm (ET). I don't know exactly when we'll be starting to broadcast the live show (likely 10-15 minutes before 7). But I'm sure if I'm bored, i'll show up in the chat room around 6:15 or 6:30 to kick things off.

That temp room I posted before will always be open as a fallback. I plan on working on a more permanent solution this weekend. Hopefully I'll be able to test it, and it should be ready to go for next Thursday's game vs. J-ville.

Hey guys, my fix was installing a new forum and importing everyone's username and password over there. I hope it works. But the link to the new chat room is: http://falcfans.com/phpbb/chat

Your forum username and password should work there. I'm hoping that by having the new chat using the a duplicate database as the old chat, but with a much smaller size, it won't strain the server as much. If that doesn't work, there is a backup plan. But I first want to see if Plan A works, so everybody feel free to stop by Thursday around 6:30.

If there is still considerable lag like there was last year, then I'll let everyone know what Plan B is which I'm 90% certain will work fine and be a slight improvement over the temporary chat rooms used last year.

Now that the chat is going to be working fine, Falcons are winning at least 11 games this year. Falcons 2010 season in the chat room was so much fun.

OK, there was a problem I overlooked with the new chat room set up. Apparently the transfer didn't quite work for the new chat room.

But the backup plan is to go to http://falcfans.com/chat.html.

It's a mibbit IRC chat. It's hosted on another server, so there should be little to no lag. You don't need to use your forum username for that one, whatever you want. Sorry about that.

So Plan B is in full effect.

it only shows 2 people in the chat, and when you log in, it works for 2 seconds, then the comment window goes completely black. Is it working for everyone else?
