Here's the scoring thru Round 1. Thescout is leading and in all likelihood will probably win it, but given that he has less than a 2 point lead and up to another 4 points in play for all parties, it's not official. In () is everybody's 2nd round projection for the Falcons.

1. thescout - 59.4 points (Jeff Allen)
2. widetrak21 - 57.6 (Mitchell Schwartz)
3. Pudge - 56.2 (Brandon Thompson)
4. fun gus - 55.8 (Bobby Massie)
5. North_west_Falcon - 54.7 (Dwayne Allen)
6. Happ - 54.1 (Alameda Ta'amu)
7. Wease - 51.2 (Dwayne Allen)
8. Emmitt - 50.1 (Bobby Massie)
9. capologist - 48.4 (Dwayne Allen)

And if you're wondering, if Dwayne Allen is the 53rd pick to the Bengals, then all those that picked him will get 1.8 points (1 for correctly projecting him to be a 2nd round pick, and 0.8 for getting him 2 picks off), so there is still some chance for an upset.

I somehow left off Melvin Ingram in my 1 day haste  ...or I'd be right there w/ Scout. So I have to root for Schwartz now ...

What is the likelihood JAllen goes much earlier in round 2?

I should stop trying. 2009 was my lucky year.

Stupid Bucs, taking the player at #31 that Giants would have taken at #32. Figures! Lets draft us a 3-4 NT now, Falcons....

Yes, thescout won. Sorry for not posting this yesterday but I was very tired.

Final tally is:

1. thescout - 61.1
2. widetrak - 59.0
3. Pudge - 56.6
4. fun gus - 55.8
5. Happ - 55.0
6. North_West_Falcon - 54.8
7. Wease - 51.4
8. Emmitt - 50.6
9. capologist - 49.2

Congrats to thescout and widetrak for winning their prizes. Both have won before, so you guys know the drill. Shop the football fanatics store and let me know if there's any item you want as an early christmas present: http://www.footballfanatics.com/?partner_id=1863 (and no it doesn't have to be Falcons gear)

Scout, you get the avatar/rank if you wish, as well as a one-year subscription to any draft site of your choice.

And if you want to have a 2013 mock posted on the site, then you'll be the first person ever to take up that offer. I guess that's the lamest prize of all.

Geez, well the crown finally goes back where it belongs to King Scout! I guess living on a ship has its benefits of not following college football all year only to put in a mock from names out of a hat. You fellas should do a little more studying a less partying.

Anyway it's nice to have bragging rights for one more year. As for all the prizes from this wonderful victory let me think about it a little Pudge and decide later got a gig to play for.I'll get back to ya!
