Yes, I would suspect that if Hill gets the gig in San Fran, then he will take many of the "Reevesists" in the front office, like Les Snead and Reed Johnson.
I think Hill is deserving of a chance to run an NFL franchise. I don't think he's a great potential GM, but I think he can spot talent, and usually does a good job getting it. He's more a pro-talent guy, since the majority of his good moves here in Atlanta had to do with picking up quality low-level free agents (Finneran, Jasper, & Draft) rather than draft picks (although 2001 and 2002 drafts were relatively solid compared to others).
I wonder if Hill leaves, who will replace him as the head of the pro personnel department? Maybe someone cast off from Tampa Bay...
