Yeahhhh, I think this is the point where everybody agrees to go to their neutral corner. No need to post saying, "Pudge, I've been trying to do that the whole time." No need to try and get in the last word. Just walk away.

Logged on for the first time today. Could not make it through the whole pissing contest but some of it was quite entertaining. I look forward to the draft today. @Pudge...as you can imagine I have heard many George jokes, however I am neither short, bald nor Jewish. But unfortunately my father is named Frank. Birdbrain probably overexaggerated my fantasy abilities. I succeed with irregularity but I will participate and have fun doing it. I find that keeper leagues are much more fun than redrafting. I am from Virginia and I am a lifetime Redskins fan. It only seems like yesterday when my Hogs were pounding people into the dirt. Of course one my fondest Redskins memories was me jumping on my dads back and running around the living room as seat cushions were being tossed onto the field. Of course I was 17 and to this day my father says his back was never the same but still a great memory. Poor Falcons were outscored 80-24 that season by the Skins and they were good. I don't think Gibbs liked Jerry's non christian ways and wanted to show him what Jesus could do. Jesus was so busy keeping his drivers alive that Gibbs 2.0 was doomed from the beginning. Pudge I noticed that on Google the description said that the FalcFans is a site for Virginia Falcon’s fans. I am shocked to learn that Falcon fans exist in Virginia and that many of them care enough to actively participate in a forum. Good luck to all.

Yeah, I used to live in Newport News, and through my entire 18-year existence there never met another Falcon fan.

Not good man, not good at all. As we discussed, this means probation for you. Any more violations like missing lineup deadlines etc...means you will lose your team. You are walking the thinnest of lines.

A few very competitive games this week!! Everything went fairly well. Only one person missed a line-up change, when the Trappers (DB) didn't adjust his team for Beanie Wells being out because he was "busy"...

Just goes to show how fantasy trumps reality. I really have no choice as long as my back up is Kolb. If for some crazy reason Ryan and Kolb are down I'm screwed. I thought about dumping Kolb and picking up Hasselbeck , but the long term gain just isn't there. Now the next ironic decision is looming. Start Ryan or Vick.....FML.

If that isn't one of the most ironic decisions a Falcon fan ever had to make regarding a fantasy team?!

Followed closely by "Should I pick up Mike Vick off waivers??"

Ohhhhhh the world of fantasy is cruel.

Pudge is the latest to get a point. Not putting Breaston on the bench cost him one point. Next time he is on probation. So far we have Happ and Pudge for one point. Matt decided to leave his kicker in despite being on a bye. This is an accepted practice in fantasy as you would lose a roster player by getting another kicker for just one week. This only goes for kickers thoug. Any other position left blank results in a point.

Sorry BB, I could have sworn I replaced Breaston with Collie. I must have gotten distracted and not have hit the submit button at the bottom when I did it.

I update all 3 of my fantasy teams usually on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday morning, so it wasn't like I forgot. Not complaining, just explaining.

No problem Pudge, you usually are very good about your roster. But I have to be fair across the board. I would dock my mother a point if she screwed up.

Two times now I have set my line up and when I hit submit it asks me to put in my password. After putting in my password it takes me back to my line up and the changes I made are gone. Luckily I wanted to make another change and noticed that my lineup was not right.

Well Bees Knees, it is your turn to absorb the Wrath of the Commish. You left two open slots in your line-up. This means you are now tied with Happ and Pudge with one point. The next point means you are on probation. I tried to contact you before the game started but you didn't respond.

The key is to sign in BEFORE you make any changes.

Technically you are always signed in or least it says at the top you are signed in. Yahoo does that sometimes too but the changes remain. And I am typical Redskin's fan, I have all my teeth and speak clear english rather than most Falcon's fans I have met who seem to be toothless and straight out of Deliverance. Boom roasted. I did not think it was prudent to talk smack until I had at least won a game.

Yeah ESPN has a "time cookie". While it may show you are signed in, if you try to read insider or change something in fantasy you have to log in again. As a good rule of thumb one should always check their lineup just prior to the games, if possible.

How's the DeAngelo Hall show treating ya in Washington? BTW, I don't mind Redskins fans, but why are you here?

MeAngelo has been okay by me. I like him. I worked with a guy who went to high school, played with and grew up with D so I know more than the average person would or the average Falcon fan. He is articulate and says it like it is even if he comes across as an ass sometimes. He has been a ball hawk and ham his whole life. He admitted this year that he has been dogging it since he left Atlanta, not working as hard as he could and has vowed to change that. I am pretty sure Shanahan also vowed to change that but in a less positive way. He is actually hitting people this year. Being from the same area as Hall and having so many quality NFL players like we do it is a modern miracle that many of them made it from the area he lived in, yeah Vick and a few others came from what can be described as the hood but the Deep Creek area is a whole different animal, it is dirt poor country hood. Any African American male being moderately successful coming from that area should be looked up too. His high school produced many D-1 players, some that went on to the pros, Chris Crocker, James Anderson, Darryl Tapp, A.J. Jimerson, Darren Perry and Deon Dyer. They are also decent human beings. I am biased though cause I have known about D-Hall since high school and I know what kind of area he came from. I hated him more when he went to Tech because I despise those overrated bunch of goons. How Frank Beamer has not been investigated is beyond me. To answer your last question with the smart ass answer, my parents had sex, my mom incubated me in her tummy for 9 months, shot me out and bam 37 years later I can operate a computer. Really I am in this fantasy league and was asked to join this forum to keep up with any news or events pertaining to the league. If you are not in our fantasy league then maybe you should be asked the same question. Hopefully you took my redneck comments as seriously as I took the shot about my being a Redskin fan, which is not at all.
