Reginald Cameron Davis was born on November 22, 1995. He graduated from Lincoln High in Tallahassee, FL. As a true freshman at Georgia, he appeared in 11 games. He caught 11 passes for 257 yards (23.4 avg) and a touchdown. He also returned four kickoffs for 69 yards (17.2 avg) and 14 punts for 46 yards (3.3 avg). His sophomore season saw him start one of 13 games, catching six passes for 63 yards (10.5 avg). He also returned three kickoffs for 49 yards (16.3 avg) and 12 punts for 95 yards (8.6 avg). His junior saw him start seven of 13 games at wide receiver, catching a career-high 12 passes for 187 yards (15.6 avg) and a touchdown. He returned 17 kickoffs for 394 yards (23.2 avg) and eight punts for 110 yards (13.8 avg) and a touchdown. As a senior he started one of 12 games and caught nine passes for 111 yards (12.3 avg). He returned 23 kickoffs for 486 yards (21.1 avg) as well. He finished his career with five rush attempts for minus-three yards (-0.6 avg) as well. He was originally signed as an undrafted rookie free agent by the Atlanta Falcons following the 2017 NFL Draft.
