Adam Caplan of Scout.com tweets that cornerback Jason Webster is scheduled to work out for the Falcons later today. The 32-year old corner has been out of football since the 2008 season.
Webster played for the Falcons from 2004-06, starting 29 of 33 games, and recording 173 tackles and 4 interceptions in that span. He ended the 2006 season on the injured reserve with a groin injury. After being cut by Falcons the following off-season, signed with the Buffalo Bills, but only played in the opener before breaking his forearm, sidelining him for the rest of the season. He signed with the New England Patriots in 2008, but once again battled injury issues. He only played in 3 games for the Patriots.
